Tuna Casserole

This is not your run of the mill tuna casserole. You see, my two guys like boxed meals, a lot. I don't. I had to try find something healthier yet flavorful in order to impress them. I threw some extra ingredients into a basic casserole recipe and the result was a huge success. They both loved it!

Ingredients:
1 (12 oz) package of egg noodles
2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 (6 oz) cans tuna, drained
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup medium cheddar cheese, shredded
heaping Tbls. sour cream
dash of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Boil noodles and chopped onion. Drain. Add soup, tuna, shredded cheese, sour cream and garlic powder. Stir until all cheese is melted. Add salt and pepper to your liking.

Smile, it's Friday!

I swear we are like soul mate best friends or something. This recipe looks SO similar to what we do with Tuna Casserole. My kids will not eat it with veggies (ie: peas, which most of them call for). So I season it up with extras.
I'm going to try your version next week!
