Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps
Light and delicious!
3 1/2 cups Romaine lettuce leaves, torn
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 chicken breast, cooked, shredded
1/3 bacon, cooked crispy, crumbled
1/4 cup Ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, (any blend of Parmesan)
5 (10 inch) tortillas
Combine lettuce, tomato, chicken, bacon and salad dressing in a large bowl. Add cheese and toss.
Spoon mixture evenly onto the 5 tortillas; roll tortillas burrito style. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
To make a Caesar BLT version:
reduce Romaine to 3 cups
replace Ranch dressing with Caesar
eliminate the chicken breast
reduce tortillas from 5 to 4
